RZ 18 · Rebond & mould
Automatic rebonding machine
Recycle crushed foam scrap into rebonded blocks for mattress and cushion applications. Foam chips are weighed in an optional pre-loading tank, mixed with a pre-polymer bonding agent, and fed into rectangular moulds for pressing and steaming.

RZ 19 · Crush foam scrap
Heavy-duty foam crusher
A heavy-duty crusher with interchangeable meshes for 18, 20 and 22 mm foam chips. Its suction unit conveys material to the pre-loading tank, with overload and motor-temperature indications on the control panel.

Specification clarification: The brochure lists the rotary blade count as “4 × 3 = 9 pieces”, which is inconsistent. Confirm the blade quantity when specifying this model.
RZ 20 · Process mixed scrap
Multi-material crusher
Designed for flexible foam, rigid foam and quilted waste. Two cutting stages turn bulk scrap into strips and then shorter segments, with a separate suction and bag-filling unit.
- Stage 1: circular blades cut bulk scrap into strips
